Under saddle, this handsome gelding shows an appealing combination of enthusiasm, willingness to learn and natural athletic ability. He is responsive to his rider's aids, enjoys working together and has the energy and enthusiasm to develop further in sport.

Mister Gold shows particularly promising qualities over fences. He has already jumped several courses both at home and in unfamiliar surroundings, and he clearly enjoys every minute of it! He is enthusiastic, thinks along with his rider and is always keen to get to the other side of the fence. A wonderful quality in a young pony who still has plenty of experience to gain and exciting opportunities to develop further with the right training.

But Mister Gold also has plenty to offer in the dressage arena! He has a good foundation, works nicely into the contact and understands leg-yielding. He is also comfortable with the basic gaits and transitions. This makes him an interesting prospect not only for showjumping, but also for a rider who enjoys dressage or would like to combine several disciplines.

One of the things that makes Mister Gold particularly special is his strong and interesting dam line. His dam, Bukomansimbi, has been owned by his current owners for no fewer than eight years. She competed at Dutch Z1 dressage level, has plenty of jumping ability and is known for her incredibly sweet temperament.

His granddam is also still with the family. She competed at Dutch Z2 dressage level and is equally well known for her fantastic character. This is a dam line that his owners know inside out, with both sporting quality and wonderful temperaments running through the generations!

Mister Gold is also a pleasure to have around in everyday life. Grooming, tacking up, visits from the farrier and even clipping are all straightforward. He has also enjoyed several rides through the woods and sand dunes, where he has behaved beautifully. He makes a lovely impression away from home as well. A wonderful combination of a sensible temperament, easy handling and plenty of enthusiasm under saddle.

In short, Mister Gold WR is a promising young sport pony with natural jumping talent, a solid dressage foundation and a particularly interesting dam line.
